I just finished another Regency Blouse from the
Sense and Sensibility pattern for a lovely customer. :)

Grossgrain ribbon accents the waistline:

Pretty gathered up sleeves with tiny bows and a little pearly bead:

And cute little detailed blue buttons do up the back:

I had fun making it. :)

Do you have the S&S Regency Gown pattern?
Congratulations! A truly gorgeous creation! You are so creative in working with historical fashion to make them fashionable now-my daughter would flip for this blouse!

Wow! Those little bows on the sleeves really stand out. Lovely.
The shirt is so beautiful!
I was just wondering how does it fit without the regency undergarments? Did you have to alter it from the pattern?
~Kat
I didn't alter either of these and they seemed to fit the customers just fine, however in the future I might cut the bodice just a little longer for comfort sake and to be sure. I think it depends on the size and the person.
This is an awesome idea!!!! I'm going to try &make it for myself :)
