My lovely friends gave me a couple patterns from
Sense and Sensibility for my birthday and I couldn't wait to try them out! Here is my first try at a Regency Spencer:

I added tabs to the front and made buttons and embroidered them:

As well as added a touch of embroidery on the collar:

The fabric was so thick, I pleated it instead of gathering. I like the way it looks!

Back View: (don't you just love those diamond shaped backs?)

Fantastic!! Don't you just love Mrs. Chancey's patterns? Great job!
Wow! Your work is so beautiful! how long have you been designing cloths?
Thanks Jackey!
I'm not sure when I started designing clothes...I think I held my first needle when I was about 5 and I designed little clothes for my dolls. I've probably been into costuming for about 9 years now. Always progressing and learning new stuff though...:)
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
OMG this is a must have!
