I drafted my own pattern and everything is completely hand stitched. Hers is made of dotted swiss but I made mine from a white on white cotton print.
"Prepare to walk the plank..."
I think the sleeves are my favorite part. :)
And I love this lace: And of course the outfit wouldn't be complete with out the proper "effects". ;)

"You don't know what this is...do you?"
"If it's of no value then there's really no point in me keeping it."
You can see construction notes for this chemise on my blog The Art of Clothes.
I'm currently making Elizabeth's corset...and hopefully soon after her gold gown. I'm love to make all her costumes one day. :)

Brava! Brilliant work there -- your reproduction is lovely. How can anyone NOT love lace-edge elbow sleeves? ; )

Ah, yes, absolutely beautiful! Those sleeves are a dream!
Fabulous job! It looks almost identical!! (The only real difference being the fabric print!)

great new pictures! :) looks like you had lots of fun with the photo shoot.
How beautiful!!! WOnderful job!
THat is the medallion off of the first Pirates. The movies are fine actor and costume wise, and provide humor and exitment; buuut miss ELizabeth Swan turns into a femenist, because she is being played by one. Kiera Knightely is not my favorite actor due to that fact.
I love this post it is pure awesomeness! =]
The chemise is SO pretty! I love it! very wonderfully done!

Thanks! The necklace was a gift from a friend and I think she got it at Claire's when the first or second movie came out. I love it!
