A Regency bodiced petticoat made from 100% cotton muslin. I modified the Sense and Sensibility Regency Gown pattern with these helpful instructions from Mrs. Chancey:

A close up of the darts and drawstring neckline.

Tucks and lace for fun. :)

Ooo, I like it alot. The tucks and lace are very lovely. Is there a drawstring around the waist, or is that a band?
Elisabeth, it's a waistband. :)
Oh, wow, I LOVE all of your stuff, It's all so beautiful! I found your blog off of Sense and Sensibility forum! I LOVE the pinner aprons, and The Pirate costume! I wanted to go see at world's end in costume, but as I'm a terrible seamstress, and we were in the middle of moving, I didn't get to. Maybe next Pirates movie! This is a really cool site!
Oooh...I want one!
